We have recently been hit spambot attacks and has submitted invalid (or even valid!) email addresses to a form, causing a great influx of hard bounces and spam complaints in our email transactional account. This has negatively impacted our sending reputation and had to temporarily pause sending while we seek to implement additional bot protection on our forms.

The email transactional provider has allowed us some leeway on resumption of services on the premise that we will implement the mentioned bot protection.
