Design update of Home and Updates widgets' tabs

We've updated the design of the two mentioned tabs to include more information and prepare for future features. We also made the Home tab easier to read by improving the layout, adding colours, and using different font sizes.

Moving of CSAT into Updates

We're moving CSAT to the Updates page for the Enterprise users to show how it's really being used only in Updates. Sentiment analysis will be reimplemented using another technology so that it can better accommodate sentiment analysis of the comments.

Standalone Roadmap

We've just released a new feature allowing for a standalone Roadmap page. It has a customisable header, just like the new widget header design. This is how it looks like on ours. Check out yours in Public Settings > Standalone Roadmap Page!

Temporary removal of Attachment feature in public page

We need to temporarily remove the Attachment feature from our public pages to stop the rapid rise in egress fees due to high usage in our new design. To give you an idea of the impact, our egress bills have surged by 2800%!

During this pause, we will redesign the image and document delivery system to better suit LoopedIn. Once this is complete, we will reintroduce the feature back into the platform.

UX improvements in several areas

Three things has been improved in recent days:

1. We've centralized categories and tags under one settings page for better manageability. Further work will be done to streamline the experience of adding and deleting these within the slide-in sidebar of each feature card.

2. We've made some changes to the widget. Widget headers are now customizable, with vibrant default headers available for use in settings. Play around and see what suits you.

3. We've redesigned the slide-in sidebar on public pages. More information will be added to the sidebar to avoid information overload and give viewers a bird's-eye view. They can click on cards for more details.
