We're excited to announce that our new Sidebar widget is now live! Your Sidebar widget can now be customised to include the following tabs:

• Home: add a home/welcome tab, highlighting quick links, featured articles and more
• Roadmap: view your Roadmap and vote on cards
• Updates: your Updates feed has had a slight make-over! Along with some new features (stay tuned for a separate announcement on that)
• Ideas: view, vote, follow and comment on existing ideas; as well as submit new ones
• Articles: view your Knowledge Base directly in the widget!

All aspects of this new Sidebar widget can be customised, turned on/off, renamed and re-ordered.

Articles White-labelling

More white-label options have been rolled out our new Articles feature, including:

• Workspace branding
• Articles can now be set as a Custom domain default page

Additional Video Support

Agency Team Members improvement

Admins and members of Agency sub-accounts will no longer see the "Owner" account listed in the list of users.

Archive/Unarchive Ideas

It's now possible to quickly archive & unarchive ideas directly from the right-hand side admin bar when editing an Idea.

Editor Enhancements

We've made it easier to add inline code when writing about parameters like this, as well as code blocks to make it easier to insert code such as:

const awesome = {
  new_option: "Very cool!"
}

Bug Fixes

We're constantly squashing bugs but a couple of notable ones:

The next iteration of Articles, which we hope to launch in the next few weeks, is a revamped Sidebar widget, which will allow your customers to view Articles directly within the widget, as well as:

• Submit ideas & feedback
• Vote on content
• View Announcements
• View Roadmap
• Redesigned Widget & Public Roadmap (similar style to the KB view)

Today we've added analytics to the key areas of your public facing pages and widgets. It's now possible to add charts to your Dashboard, giving you a snapshot overview of how many times your pages are being visited. 📈

Dashboard Improvements 

Along with this, your Dashboard is now configurable, so you can choose which sections to show / hide. Out of the box we have included:

1. Roadmap views Chart
2. Sidebar widget views Chart
3. Latest Ideas
4. Ideas recently voted on
5. Roadmap cards recently voted on
6. Recent public activity

All of which can be toggled on / off based on your preference.
